Special Education Coordinator of Speech Language Pathology and Therapy Services (638I) – SPECIAL EDUCATION

A/P Paygrade 5; 214 days; $62,763 - $78,164. Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology; Texas State Licensure for Speech Language Pathology; American Speech Hearing Association License (ASHA); Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) membership; At least three years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; Knowledge of occupational and physical therapy practices; Such alternatives as to the above qualifications as the Board of Trustee may find appropriate. Applications accepted until position is filled.

Facilitator of District Instructional Assessments (597C) – ASSESSMENT

A/P Paygrade 3; 226 days; $57,891- $70,802. Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree; Texas Mid-management preferred; Valid Texas teaching certificate with at least three years successful teaching and administrative experience preferred; Ability to develop and clearly communicate concepts and ideas; Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Trustees may find appropriate. Applications accepted until position is filled.

High School Counselor (637) – TYLER HIGH

A/P Paygrade 3; 204 days; $52,256 - $63,910. Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree; Texas school counselor’s certificate; Three years of teaching experience; Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Trustees may find appropriate. Applications accepted until position is filled.

 

Budget/Finance Specialist (587F) – FINANCIAL SERVICES 

A/P Paygrade 2; 226 days; $50,339 - $61,240. Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in business or accounting; CPA preferred; Minimum of 2-5 years of business experience, preferably in accounting; Excellent communication skills; Knowledge of TEA required account codes; Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Applications accepted until position is filled.

Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (670D) – SPECIAL EDUCATION 

A/P Paygrade 2; 187 days; $41,652- $50,672. Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree; Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP) Certification. Applications accepted until position is filled.

AVID Site Coordinator/AVID Elective Teacher (632AVD) DISTRICT POOL

Teacher Paygrade; 187 days; Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS:  Valid teaching certificate with at least three to five years of successful teaching experience, preferred; Experience as an AVID classroom teacher, preferred; Minimum 2 years on an AVID Site Team, preferred (active member). Applications accepted until position is filled.
